A radio amateur since 1983, Nate seeks to give a bit back to the hobby through
being a
volunteer examiner,
being active in the
Marshall County Amateur Radio Club,
contributing to and assisting in the administration of the
Hamlib project, and being involved with a few other
amateur radio related software projects (see the GitHub link above). He also
enjoys operating various amateur radio contests
(radiosport) including the
Kansas QSO Party,
ARRL Field Day,
ARRL Sweepstakes,
ARRL 160m contest,
and others. Other interests do capture his fancy including three two 1979
Kawasaki motorcycles.
And, yes, those sunflowers are from our farm back when we raised them.
